Overview
PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Berhad has built a sterling reputation for crafting high-value residential, retail and commercial spaces since 1982.
PPB Properties was the developer of several residential, commercial and retail properties in Taman Segar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur; namely Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza, Segar Courts, Segar Apartments and Masera Bukit Segar, a guarded residential community housing 38 high-end bungalows.
In 2013, the division has embarked on a joint venture partnership between PPB Group Berhad, Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd and Khazanah Nasional Berhad to develop an integrated 12.5-acre project called Southern Marina in Puteri Harbour, Johor. The first phase of development, consisting of two blocks of marina-fronting condominiums has been completed with future phases in the pipeline.
PPB Properties’ recent milestone is the completion of Megah Rise in Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya in 2022. The development comprises a freehold, low-density premium residential tower and an adjacent four-storey retail podium, built to celebrate family and community within the matured neighbourhood.
In the north, PPB Properties also owns and manages New World Park and The Whiteaways Arcade in Georgetown, Penang. Other projects include the development of Taman Tanah Aman in Bukit Tengah, Seberang Prai and Lumina Bedong in Kedah.
