Ms Anantha Selvi, 53, joined PPB Group Berhad in 2024 and is presently the Group Head of Legal & Compliance department.

Ms Selvi has over 20 years of experience having practised as an advocate & solicitor and has also worked as an in-house counsel in a public listed corporation and qualified company secretary. She oversees the Group’s legal and compliance function, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. She provides strategic legal advice, manages legal and regulatory compliance risks, and supports the development of compliance frameworks that strengthen the Group’s operational integrity and business objectives.

Ms Selvi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of London, United Kingdom and Certificate in Legal Practice (Legal profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia).
