PPB's wholly-owned subsidiary, PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd (PPBH) is actively engaged in property development and project management.
   PPBH is completing the development of 52.6 acres of prime hilltop land in Taman Segar, Cheras. Its latest project is MASERA Bukit Segar, a gated residential community housing which comprises a total of 38 units of up-market bungalows. Phase I comprising 25 units was completed on schedule in 2007. Development of the remaining 13 units of top-end bungalows in Phase II has begun.
   Taman Tanah Aman, a housing project on 29 acres of freehold land in Bukit Tengah, Seberang Perai, is another project handled by PPBH. This project is being developed in five phases, which comprise a clubhouse, 48 units of 2½-storey bungalows, 24 units of 2-storey semi-detached houses and 12 units of 2-storey shoplots.
   Seletar Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPBH, is undertaking a mixed residential development known as Taman Sinar Mentari in Bedong, Kedah. Seletar's large land bank of 344 acres is expected to provide long-term development potential to PPB Group.

PPBH acts as project managers for property development projects under various PPB Group companies and other parties, including Shaw Brothers (M) Sdn Bhd.
