The Group's cinema operations are undertaken by Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (GSC), the leading film exhibitor and independent film distributor in Malaysia.

Film Exhibition

GSC operates the largest circuit with a total of 180 screens in 22 locations, all of which are located in prime sites in major cities and towns throughout the country. They include Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Seremban, Malacca, Kuantan and Kota Kinabalu.
   GSC flagship outlet in Mid Valley Megamall is currently the largest multiplex in Asia, with a total of 18 screens.
   In 2007, GSC launched a new innovative boutique cinema with 2 Gold Class and 5 Premiere Class halls and three F&B outlets in The Gardens, Mid Valley to cater to the evolving taste of its cinema-goers under the branding "GSC Signature".
   "Glitters", GSC's food, beverage and merchandising store are located in GSC Gurney Plaza, GSC 1 Utama (New Wing) and GSC Pavilion KL. Movie buffs can purchase movie related merchandise like T-shirts, caps, toys and original movie DVDs, VCDs, books and music soundtracks at Glitters.
   To avoid queuing, GSC customers can purchase their tickets via GSC E-payment Ticketing (online) which is available for GSC Mid Valley, GSC 1-Utama, GSC Berjaya Times Square, GSC Pavilion KL, GSC Signature @ The Gardens in the Klang Valley as well as up north at GSC Gurney Plaza, GSC Queensbay Mall and GSC Sunway Carnival Seberang Jaya.

Film Distribution

GSC is the biggest distributor of independent English and foreign language films. GSC distributes films from independent companies such as New Line Cinemas, Summit Pictures, Weinstein, Wild Bunch, Fortissimo, etc. As for Chinese films, GSC is the largest distributor and distributes films from the major studios in China/Hong Kong, namely Media Asia, Emperor Motion Pictures, Mandarin Films, etc.
