FFM Group diversified downstream into broiler day-old-chicks breeding and production of table eggs with the incorporation of Fedfarms Sdn Bhd (now known as FFM Farms Sdn Bhd) on 26 June 1984.

Breeder Farms

FFM Farms owns two high-tech, closed-housing broiler breeder farms in Sua Betong, Negeri Sembilan and Gurun, Kedah covering a total area of 167 hectares. High quality day-old-chicks are produced and sold to broiler farmers, who rear them for the market and restaurants.
   These two farms can rear up to 375,000 Parent Stock chickens. At the company's own hatcheries, eggs laid by the Parent Stock are hatched into broilers day-old-chicks for sale. Through the practice of good farming and hatchery management and the usage of good breeds, FFM Farms produces an average of 3.0 million premium quality chicks every month.

Layer Farms

In addition, FFM Farms has a layer farm on a 222-hectare land in Trong, Taiping which can produce 20 million eggs a month. This large tract of buffer land enables FFM Farms to practise bio-security effectively and enabling healthy layer birds to be reared in isolation. The premium eggs produced are packed in 10s with sizes ranging from large, medium to small and sold in supermarkets and hypermarkets as Antibiotic-Free, and Vitamin E enriched eggs, under the 'Seri Murni' label.

Organic Fertilizers

FFM Farms also produces organic fertilizer using chicken manure that has been completely composted into a near odourless plant food, marketed under the brand name of 'Origanic'. The fertilizer is mostly sold in 25 kg bags.
