Y. Bhg. Datuk Oh Siew Nam, 73, is a Non-Independent Executive Director and Chairman of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 2 March 1988. Datuk Oh was the Managing Director of the Company from 1993 to 1999 and Executive Chairman from 2004 to 2008. He was the Assistant Controller of Telecom Malaysia for five (5) years before he joined the FFM Group in 1968. Datuk Oh was the Managing Director of FFM from 1982 to 2002 and Executive Chairman from 2002 to 2006. He is also a Director of Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd and a Board Member of Bank Negara Malaysia. He served as a Member of the Capital Issues Committee from 1990 to 1993 and the National Economic Consultative Council II (MAPEN II). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Tan Gee Sooi, 67, is a Non-Independent Executive Director and Managing Director of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 28 July 2004. Mr Tan was the Managing Director of FFM Berhad from 2002 to 2007 and Executive Chairman from 2007 to March 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya.

Y. Bhg. Dato' Sri Liang Kim Bang, 75, is an Independent non-Executive Director of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 4 January 1995. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and also a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company. Dato' Sri Liang held various positions in the Sarawak Civil service and his post prior to his retirement in 1994 was Sarawak's State Financial Secretary. Presently, he is a Director of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad. Dato' Sri Liang graduated from the University of Malaya with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degrees. He also undertook a post-graduate course in Public Administration at the University of Cambridge, England.

YM Raja Dato' Seri Abdul Aziz bin Raja Salim, 73, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 12 May 2003. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. YM Raja Aziz was a former Director-General of Inland Revenue and a former Accountant-General of Malaysia. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Taxation. He also serves on the board of Amanah Saham Mara Berhad as well as several listed companies, namely, Jerneh Asia Berhad, K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad, Gamuda Berhad, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, Kenanga Fund Management Berhad, Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad, Southern Steel Berhad and Hong Leong Industries Berhad.

Mr Lim Soon Huat, 47, is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 29 May 2008. Mr Lim has more than 10 years financial and corporate management experience within the Kuok Group of Companies in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong , China and currently holds several senior managerial positions in Kuok Group's subsidiaries in Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Statistics from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Dato' Capt. Ahmad Sufian @ Qurnain bin Abdul Rashid, 62, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of PPB Group Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 22 June 2009. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Dato' Ahmad Sufian has 36 years experience in the international maritime industry and presently sits on the Boards of WCT Berhad, Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad, Alam Maritime Resources Berhad and GD Express Carrier Berhad. He qualified as a Master Mariner with a Master Foreign-Going Certificate of Competency from the United Kingdom in 1974 and a Diploma in Applied International Management from the Swedish Institute of Management in 1984. Dato' Ahmad Sufian has also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1993.
